Ingredients

Water, PVP, propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, tocopheryl acetate, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, ethylhexylglycerin.

Directions

1. Unscrew the lid and use the gel applicator to comb your brows backwards, then forward, to lift and style them into place.
2. Insert the applicator back into the gel and reattach the lid.
3. Remove the cap from the same end and use the comb bristles to sculpt your brows as desired.
