Mix your Noemi Dye with the Noemi 3% Developer Solution in a 1:1 ratio. For enhanced stain results, we recommend using the Noemi Primer before application. Apply the dye evenly to the brows, starting from the tail. Unlike some other brands, Noemi does not need to be applied in thin layers.

Processing Times:
Noemi has a processing time of 10-15 minutes, allowing you to customize the intensity according to your client's preferences and natural brow color.

A 7-10 minute application creates a subtle, natural look.
Leaving it on for up to 15 minutes results in a bolder, longer-lasting effect.
