How To Use
Application:
- Mix Clear with Noemi Solution at a 1:1 ratio.
- For lighter shades, blend Clear with the desired colour (Noemi Dye) at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 until achieving a creamy consistency.
- Add Noemi Solution at a 1:1 ratio and thoroughly mix.
- Apply the mixture evenly and leave on for 10-15 minutes to achieve desired results.
