Directions
These eco-friendly, biodegradable applicators ensure a hygienic, mess-free waxing experience while offering excellent control for both hard and strip wax applications.
Prepare the Skin:
- Cleanse and sanitise the skin with Barneys Pre-Wax Cleanser Peppermint Oil - 1 Litre Refill and Barneys Spunlace White Wax Strip to remove oils and impurities before waxing. Wait for the skin to fully dry for better wax adhesion.
Warm the Wax:
- Heat the hard or strip wax in the Barneys Professional Digital Wax Heater - White - 500ml to the recommended temperature, ensuring it has a smooth, spreadable consistency.
Dip the Applicator:
- Use the wooden applicator to scoop a small amount of wax from the warmer. Turning continuously to prevent drips.
Apply the Wax:
- Spread the wax evenly over the treatment area in the direction of hair growth. Use the smooth, rounded edges for precision and control.
- For larger areas like legs or back, use the wide, flat surface to apply wax efficiently.
Remove the Wax:
- Allow hard wax to cool and set, then remove it in the opposite direction of hair growth. For strip wax, press a Barneys Spunlace White Wax Strip over the applied wax and pull it off swiftly against the hair growth.
Dispose of the Applicator:
- After use, immediately discard the wooden applicator to maintain hygiene and avoid double-dipping.
Post-Treatment Care:
- o Clean the area with Barneys After Wax Oil Tea Tree - 1 Litre Refill to remove any leftover wax and apply a Barneys After Wax Lotion Tea Tree - 1 Litre or oil to calm the skin.
