Due to popular demand, we have introduced a new Drive & Collect contactless pickup option to help you stay safe during the transition back to normality.

Just select Drive & Collect at checkout, its free. We have designated car parking spots and we will have your order ready when you arrive. One of our team will come out and and place your order in your car for you and you will be on your way in minutes.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we are experiencing some delays with shipping with both Toll and Australia Post. Delays are occurring with most freight companies partially due to the high volumes of parcel freight and the effects of the COVID-19 virus. We are reviewing all shipments and utilising the most appropriate solution in the current circumstances. It is difficult to estimate how long these potential delays are likely to continue, please consider these potential delays in shipping when placing your order. We apologise for any inconvenience, please be assured we are doing everything we can to minimise the effects and seeking the best alternatives.

Due to the Covid 19 situation there has been a massive worldwide increase in demand for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our local and overseas suppliers are experiencing difficulties sourcing many of the materials used to make these products and are therefore incurring huge price increases.  Examples of products are face masks, crinkle caps, gloves, bed rolls and sheets, disposable aprons and sanitisers.

Together with the manufacturing price increases we are also dealing with a lower Australian dollar for imported goods and significant increases in shipping costs. For the foreseeable future, we have no option but to pass on these price increases, please be assured that we are working very hard to keep any price increase to a minimum.

Our aim as always is to keep prices as low as is possible and to remain competitive for the supply of consumable products for our salon and spa customers. Today we have been advised that the government will start to lift restrictions this week and that our industry will be included in phase 2 of the changes, a date to be confirmed. We recommend that if you haven’t already started, you should be considering and working on preparing for the day you can recommence performing treatments and services. It may be an opportune time to reconsider your prices for treatments and services, especially in light of the significant price changes that are being inflicted upon all businesses.

Unfortunately, Prospa have suspended this service, we are hoping for further updates about when this service can recommence in the very near future.
